| "not so bad " |
| personnally, because of my credit, i can't open a checking account so this is the next best thing for me. I picked the plan that charges 5$ per month, compared to some banks that's not to bad. Also the charges for each transaction isn't all that great but I guess that's the price I have to pay considering my bad credit. I go online all the time and find it easy. Haven't had to deal with customer service. |

| "scam of a card" |
| I opened a direct deposit account with this company. I cslled and activated my card when my money posted on a Friday morning. I was declined by the ATM machine. At first I thought there was just someting wrong with that atm machine in particular, so I tried 5 other machines. I was declined at all of them. I called customer service, who were of no help at all. I was told maybe I was "using the card the wrong way". I spoke to the supervisor who assured me she would have the problem fixed before the end of the day. I called back and hour before they closed, spoke to her again, and she no idea what I was talking about. To make a long story short, I went the entire weekend without my money. After promising to file a claim of theft against them, I received my money 7 DAYS LATER. I immediately cancelled my direct deposit. Please, Please, Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I actually filed a complaint with the BBB in California. |

| "The worst Prepaid card I ever owned" |
| I can't really say anything positive about this card except for the customer service. The other day I tried to use it at the grocery store and it was rejected. The problem wasn't that I didn't have enough funds. At first I thought my card was damage but yesterday I tried to rent a vehicle and my card was reject. I tried it at other rental car agencies and the same thing happened. I don't recommend this card at all |

| "Better than most PrePaid Cards" |
| I have shopped around a lot looking for the best PrePaid Card and this is the best hands down. Fees are competitive and the Website is easy to navigate. BillPay and Direct Deposit are great. I have not had to deal with customer service at all so far so I can't speak about how that is...I do know the calls are FREE though. The fact that I haven't had to deal with customer service is a good sign though! |
